A stunning new chapter of Medicine Bakery is arriving soon in an iconic Birmingham city centre venue.
We are bringing artisan baking, exceptional coffee, seasonal food and beautiful interiors to the heart of the city and we’re building an outstanding team to lead it.
We are Now Hiring For:
General Manager
Lead the launch of this exciting new venue.
We’re looking for an experienced hospitality leader with vision, energy and a passion for excellence.
Barista / Bartender
Craft exceptional coffee by day and elevated drinks by evening.
Personality, precision and service flair essential.
Chefs
Creative, quality-driven chefs to deliver seasonal menus and uphold the Medicine standard.

Roaming Head Chef - All Sites - Full-time
Supervisor - Selfridges - +25 Hours
Assistant Manager - Birmingham - Full-time
Baristas and FOH - Botanical Gardens - 6-20 Hours
Artisan Baker - Wolverhampton - +20 Hours Part-time
