Join us on Sunday 10 May for the launch of Live on the Bandstand in 2026, featuring performances from two live bands!

Starting at 11:30am and playing through to 1:30pm will be the City of Birmingham Brass Band. Then at 2:30pm to 4:30pm the Honeyboy Hickling Blues Band take to the stand. Why not make a day of it so you can take in both stunning performances in a truly breathtaking location?

Bob and Honeyboy are a charismatic duo with many years’ experience playing with the best. Guitarist Bob has worked with most of Birmingham’s finest, including Steve Gibbons, Idle Race and Ruby Turner while harmonica player/singer Honeyboy can point to a long association with Steve Marriott and recording with Bo Diddley.
